CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction Management is the professional management of the construction portion of a project or program. This includes contract administration, projection of construction costs, and answering design and construction questions from an owner’s point of view as well as pay application approvals, draw request preparation for lenders and equity sources, and orientation training prior to move-in.
